The Neck profile of my guitars is standard, though I offer several options for the headstock plate and shape.
Building a guitar neck
Building a guitar neck starts with selecting the right wood for it. My go to timber for this is Cedar/Cedro and Mahogany/Caoba. These two are the most appropriate for a classical/flamenco because of strentgh vs weight and their tonal qualities. On occasion I will make the neck of laminated timber with Maple/Arce/Rosewood and one of the two above mentioned woods.
